Yes. Modifications to the packaging are possible, but only when purchasing a large number of DNA tests. In such a case, we can alter the cover sleeve of the sampling kit according to the customer’s requirements, but only on the condition that the DNA ERA logo also remains on the packaging. Please contact us for more information on sleeve modification.
No. DNA ERA does not share any data with third parties or other companies without the customer’s consent. Only the customer has access to the results, via their account on our website. The customer can ask us to erase the results from the database at any time. DNA ERA only aggregates data for the purpose of further statistical processing, and always in an anonymised form.
