Do you have questions about the results of the analysis or would you like to learn more about your individual predispositions? Take advantage of a consultation with a geneticist.
Our consultations are designed to give you a clear overview of your DNA analysis results, with the option to explore specific areas of interest in more detail.
Consultations with our genetics experts are not a medical service and do not replace medical care or consultation with a doctor. Expert consultations are not provided by medical personnel, but by personnel with education in genetics, molecular biology, or other related fields. If you need to address a specific health issue, it is essential to consult a doctor or healthcare professional.
During the basic consultation, you will have 30 minutes to get an overview of your DNA analysis results and important information that you can use immediately or in the future.
During an extended consultation, in addition to an overview of your results, you will also have the opportunity to discuss the areas or results of the analysis that interest you most in 60 minutes.
Each of us is unique. And this uniqueness requires time to prepare.
Before each consultation, our colleagues prepare for an individual interview with you – they review the results of your analysis in detail so that they are ready to answer your questions about the results and provide you with additional information. That is why each consultation is tailor-made and reflects the results of the analysis, which are unique to you.
Our DNA analysis results are clear and always at your fingertips in our web application.
Each result includes an overview and description of the result, information on prevention options, as well as the scientific background of the result – sources of analyses and studies relevant to the results.
During the consultation, you have the opportunity to go even deeper. Ask questions that interest you and get answers that best suit your needs.
For foreign customers we provide online consultation (video call).
Once you have purchased a consultation, our support team will contact you and you can arrange an appointment for an online consultation. Full information on how to proceed will be emailed to you. A link to connect to your online consultation will be sent to you on the day of your consultation.
Yes, it is. Our DNA tests do not have any age restrictions. They are suitable for newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Since they are based on a non-invasive, painless cheek swab sample from the oral cavity, there is nothing to worry about. In our opinion, the earlier you know your genetic predispositions, the better. That’s why having your children do a DNA test can be a smart decision. Moreover, our primary DNA sequence generally doesn’t change during our lifetime, meaning you only need to have this analysis done once.
No. DNA ERA does not share any data with third parties or other companies without the customer’s consent. Only the customer has access to the results, via their account on our website. The customer can ask us to erase the results from the database at any time. DNA ERA only aggregates data for the purpose of further statistical processing, and always in an anonymised form.
No. Unfortunately, our DNA tests do not focus on analysing individual ancestry and origins. Our goal is to help people take steps that lead to better health and an improved lifestyle via DNA analysis. The analysis includes the results, but also recommendations and preventative steps that you can take to avoid potential problems in the future.
The purpose of DNA tests from DNA ERA is not the provision of healthcare. The information provided by DNA ERA is solely of an informational and educational nature, intended for personal development and the support of a healthy lifestyle, and in no case does it replace professional medical examination or advice. Before any diagnostic, preventive, therapeutic, or other medical decision or procedure, it is necessary to consult a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.
