Ka\u017ed\u00e1 skupina buniek je charakteristick\u00e1 \u0161pecifick\u00fdmi funkciami, medzi ktor\u00e9 patr\u00ed napr\u00edklad ochrana tela pred r\u00f4znymi patog\u00e9nmi (v\u00edrusy, bakt\u00e9rie alebo parazity), ako aj regul\u00e1cia metabolizmu, \u010di tvorba energie. Rakovina sa za\u010d\u00edna rozv\u00edja\u0165 v momente, ke\u010f sa zdrav\u00e1 bunka zmen\u00ed na tzv. rakovinov\u00fa. K tejto premene doch\u00e1dza d\u00f4sledkom viacer\u00fdch mut\u00e1ci\u00ed v k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dnaera.sk\/porovnanie-testov\/\">oblastiach na\u0161ej DNA<\/a>. Najcharakteristickej\u0161\u00edm znakom rakovinov\u00fdch buniek je ich schopnos\u0165 nekontrolovane sa deli\u0165, \u010do v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku sp\u00f4sobuje rast n\u00e1doru.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako u\u017e bolo povedan\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161ie, rakovina sa za\u010d\u00edna rozv\u00edja\u0165 po viacer\u00fdch mut\u00e1ci\u00e1ch v na\u0161ej DNA. Ko\u017eu si preto chr\u00e1\u0148te kvalitn\u00fdmi opa\u013eovac\u00edmi kr\u00e9mami s vysok\u00fdm ochrann\u00fdm faktorom a o\u010di si chr\u00e1\u0148te kvalitn\u00fdmi slne\u010dn\u00fdmi okuliarmi s UV filtrom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O\u010dkovanie<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c1no, k riziku rozvoja ur\u010dit\u00fdch n\u00e1dorov\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed prispievaj\u00fa aj v\u00edrusov\u00e9 infekcie, ktor\u00fdm sa d\u00e1 pred\u00eds\u0165 prostredn\u00edctvom jedn\u00e9ho z najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161\u00edch objavov v oblast\u00ed medic\u00edny \u2013 o\u010dkovan\u00edm. Na pochopenie tzv. faktora n\u00e1hody si mus\u00edme predstavi\u0165 jedn\u00e9ho ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9ho hr\u00e1\u010da v na\u0161om tele \u2013 tzv. DNA polymer\u00e1zu. DNA polymer\u00e1za je enz\u00fdm, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 na starosti skop\u00edrovanie DNA pri ka\u017edom jednom delen\u00ed bunky v na\u0161om tele (pribli\u017ene 2 bili\u00f3ny za de\u0148). Pri ka\u017edom tomto delen\u00ed mus\u00ed DNA polymer\u00e1za skop\u00edrova\u0165 cel\u00fa DNA, ktor\u00e1 sa vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine na\u0161ich buniek sklad\u00e1 z pribli\u017ene 6 mili\u00e1rd p\u00e1rov nukleotidov, ktor\u00e9 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina z v\u00e1s pozn\u00e1 pod skratkami A, G, C a T. Enz\u00fdm DNA polymer\u00e1za v\u0161ak nie je bezchybn\u00fd. Pri ka\u017edom jednom delen\u00ed bunky sprav\u00ed tento enz\u00fdm po\u010das kop\u00edrovania DNA mnoho ch\u00fdb. Samozrejme, na\u0161e bunky s\u00fa na to dostato\u010dne pripraven\u00e9 a maj\u00fa opravn\u00e9 mechanizmy, ktor\u00fdmi si tieto chyby vedia opravi\u0165. Av\u0161ak ani t\u00e1to oprava nie je dokonal\u00e1 a ob\u010das sa stane, \u017ee chybne zaraden\u00e1 \u201es\u00fa\u010diastka\u201c nie je opraven\u00e1 a vznik\u00e1 mut\u00e1cia. \u0160anca, \u017ee vznikn\u00fa tak\u00e9 mut\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 postupne ved\u00fa k premene zdravej bunky na rakovinov\u00fa, sa samozrejme zvy\u0161uje s vekom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Z vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e9ho jednozna\u010dne vypl\u00fdvaj\u00fa odpovede na ot\u00e1zky, pre\u010do rakovine nevieme zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 \u00faplne, pre\u010do rakovina vznik\u00e1 naj\u010dastej\u0161ie na miestach, kde sa delia bunky vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej miere a pre\u010do sa naj\u010dastej\u0161ie rakovina rozvinie a\u017e neskor\u0161om veku.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Netreba v\u0161ak prepada\u0165 panike, v dne\u0161nej dobe v\u010faka pokro\u010dil\u00e9mu vedeck\u00e9mu v\u00fdskumu a \u0161pi\u010dkovej medic\u00edne dok\u00e1\u017eeme ve\u013emi efekt\u00edvne lie\u010di\u0165 mnoh\u00e9 typy n\u00e1dorov\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed. Na to v\u0161ak nesmieme zabudn\u00fa\u0165 na jednu vec \u2013&nbsp;<strong>treba ju zachyti\u0165 v\u010das.<\/strong>&nbsp;V\u010dasn\u00e1 diagnostika n\u00e1dorov\u00e9ho ochorenia je toti\u017e k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e1 pre nav\u00fd\u0161enie \u0161ance na \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fa lie\u010dbu. Aj pri tomto n\u00e1m v\u0161ak rakovina nepom\u00e1ha, preto\u017ee mnohokr\u00e1t o nej v po\u010diato\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1di\u00e1ch absol\u00fatne netu\u0161\u00edme.
