Tento g\u00e9n zabezpe\u010duje tvorbu enz\u00fdmu, ktor\u00fd je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd pre odstra\u0148ovanie alkoholu z tela. V prvom kroku je alkohol premenen\u00fd na toxick\u00fa zl\u00fa\u010deniu acetaldehyd. N\u00e1sledne je premenen\u00fd na kyselinu octov\u00fa, ktor\u00e1 je pre telo menej \u0161kodliv\u00e1 a m\u00f4\u017ee ju vyl\u00fa\u010di\u0165.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ak v tele ch\u00fdba enz\u00fdm, ktor\u00fd zabezpe\u010duje t\u00fato premenu, hromad\u00ed sa toxick\u00fd acetaldehyd, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 d\u00f4sledky na zdravie. Preto sa \u013eu\u010fom s takouto mut\u00e1ciou odpor\u00fa\u010da vyh\u00fdba\u0165 sa alkoholu \u00faplne. V na\u0161ich kon\u010din\u00e1ch sa tak\u00e1to mut\u00e1cia vyskytuje pomerne zriedkavo. Z na\u0161ej datab\u00e1zy vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee je to pri asi 0,2 %, teda 2 z 1000 \u013eud\u00ed. Po\u0161kodzuje nie len pe\u010de\u0148, ale aj in\u00e9 tkaniv\u00e1 v organizme. Je tie\u017e jedn\u00fdm z preuk\u00e1zan\u00fdch karcinog\u00e9nov, \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku rakoviny.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alkohol je taktie\u017e ve\u013ek\u00fdm zdrojom energie, ke\u010f\u017ee obsahuje a\u017e 29 kJ na 1 gram alkoholu (na porovnanie 1 gram tuku m\u00e1 38 kJ a 1 gram sacharidov 17 kJ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mno\u017estvo alkoholu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pod\u013ea odborn\u00edkov by maxim\u00e1lny denn\u00fd pr\u00edjem alkoholu nemal prekro\u010di\u0165 jeden alkoholick\u00fd n\u00e1poj denne u \u017eien, a dva n\u00e1poje u mu\u017eov. To predstavuje 1 mal\u00e9 pivo, 1,5 dcl v\u00edna alebo 0,4 dcl tvrd\u00e9ho alkoholu.
