Dopad UV \u017eiarenia na na\u0161u ko\u017eu je teda potrebn\u00fd, av\u0161ak pri nadmernom p\u00f4soben\u00ed m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k vzniku rakoviny ko\u017ee. P\u00f4sobenie UV \u017eiarenia toti\u017e vedie k vzniku po\u0161koden\u00ed v DNA, teda mut\u00e1ci\u00e1m. Pr\u00e1ve tieto zmeny ved\u00fa k vzniku n\u00e1dorov\u00fdch buniek, ktor\u00e9 sa z ko\u017ee m\u00f4\u017eu \u0161\u00edri\u0165 aj do \u010fal\u0161\u00edch \u010dast\u00ed tela. K skorej diagnostike m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 aj poznanie genetickej predispoz\u00edcie. Ten v\u0161ak tvor\u00ed pribli\u017ene iba 1 % pr\u00edpadov rakoviny ko\u017ee. Viac o melan\u00f3me si m\u00f4\u017eete pre\u010d\u00edta\u0165 v <a href=\"https:\/\/dnaera.com\/ro\/blog\/melanom-prevencia\/\">na\u0161om<\/a> blogu. A\u017e 99 % pr\u00edpadov rakoviny ko\u017ee tvoria ochorenia so spolo\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1zvom nemelan\u00f3mov\u00e1 rakovina ko\u017ee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rakovina ko\u017ee sa nemus\u00ed vyskytova\u0165 iba v znamienkach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f\u017ee znamienka obsahuj\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo melanocytov, predstavuj\u00fa rizikov\u00e9 miesta pre vznik rakoviny ko\u017ee. Nemelan\u00f3mov\u00e1 rakovina ko\u017ee sa v\u0161ak vyskytuje v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou pr\u00e1ve mimo nich a postihuje hlavne bunky poko\u017eky (keratinocyty) a baz\u00e1lne bunky, z ktor\u00fdch sa keratinocyty tvoria. Bazocelul\u00e1rny karcin\u00f3m vyzer\u00e1 typicky ako perle\u0165ov\u00fd alebo voskov\u00fd hrbol\u010dek na ko\u017ei s \u010dasto vidite\u013en\u00fdmi krvn\u00fdmi cievami. Do rizikovej skupiny patria najm\u00e4 \u013eudia so svetl\u00fdm typom pleti, \u010dast\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edci sol\u00e1ri\u00ed, faj\u010diari, \u010di \u013eudia s oslabenou imunitou. Tieto g\u00e9ny sa podie\u013eaj\u00fa na tvorbe melan\u00ednu, ktor\u00fd chr\u00e1ni poko\u017eku pred UV \u017eiaren\u00edm, zabra\u0148uj\u00fa nekontrolovate\u013en\u00e9mu deleniu buniek alebo pom\u00e1haj\u00fa udr\u017eiava\u0165 stabilitu chromoz\u00f3mov v jadre bunky.
