V prvej \u010dasti sme pripravili recept na hlavn\u00e9 jedlo a polievku, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa po\u010das zimn\u00e9ho obdobia dobr\u00fdm zdrojom energie, ktorej si telo automaticky p\u00fdta viac. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 s\u00fa oba recepty vhodn\u00e9 pre celiatikov a taktie\u017e aj \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00fdm v DNA teste vy\u0161la predispoz\u00edcia na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko vzniku z\u00e1palu pri vysokej konzum\u00e1cii kyseliny linolovej. Ku m\u00e4sku som pripravila zape\u010den\u00e9 zemiaky spolu so sez\u00f3nnou zeleninou. Zvolila som tekvicu, mrkvu a cibu\u013eku, pri\u010dom som v\u0161etko spolo\u010dne zapiekla. Ke\u010f\u017ee mi ostala \u010das\u0165 z tekvice, zemiakov aj mrkvy, rozhodla som sa zo zvy\u0161ku pripravi\u0165 kr\u00e9mov\u00fa polievku, kde som nakombinovala v\u0161etky spomenut\u00e9 ingrediencie.
