Pri rozvoji n\u00e1doru zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu zmeny v DNA. K t\u00fdmto zmen\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017ee doch\u00e1dza\u0165 aj \u00faplne n\u00e1hodou, a preto je pre v\u010dasn\u00e9 odhalenie n\u00e1doru k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e1 sekund\u00e1rna prevencia v podobe prevent\u00edvnych prehliadok u lek\u00e1ra. Existuj\u00fa v\u0161ak aj mut\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 nieko\u013ekon\u00e1sobne zvy\u0161uj\u00fa riziko vzniku kolorekt\u00e1lneho karcin\u00f3mu a dedia sa v rodin\u00e1ch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A\u017e o 90 % vy\u0161\u0161ie riziko, ke\u010f pacienti nepodst\u00fapia lie\u010dbu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednou z tak\u00fdchto deden\u00fdch foriem je MUTYH asociovan\u00e1 polyp\u00f3za (MAP), pri ktorej doch\u00e1dza k zv\u00fd\u0161enej tvorbe polypov v&nbsp;hrubom \u010dreve.
