Mgr. Radim \u0160lachta, Ph.D. sa tejto metodike venuje dlh\u00e9 roky, pri\u010dom jeho dizerta\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca tvorila z\u00e1klad origin\u00e1lneho algoritmu, na ktorom stoj\u00ed jeho aplik\u00e1cia mySASY. Radim \u0160lachta p\u00f4sobil na Fakulte telesnej kult\u00fary, kde sa v oblasti v\u00fdskumu venoval t\u00e9mam uplatnenia metodiky HRV v \u0161porte a vplyvu pohybu na zdravie a \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl. Dnes prostredn\u00edctvom aplik\u00e1cie mySASY pom\u00e1ha rekrea\u010dn\u00fdm aj vrcholov\u00fdm \u0161portovcom pri nastavovan\u00ed tr\u00e9ningu.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Venujete sa anal\u00fdze variability srdcovej frekvencie. \u010co si pod t\u00fdm m\u00f4\u017eeme predstavi\u0165?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f hodnot\u00edte srdcov\u00fa frekvenciu be\u017ene dostupn\u00fdmi met\u00f3dami, m\u00f4\u017ee sa zda\u0165 v pokoji ve\u013emi stabiln\u00e1. Ak v\u0161ak na meranie pou\u017eijeme n\u00e1stroj s dostato\u010dnou presnos\u0165ou (v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysasy.com\/\">mySASY<\/a> meriame s presnos\u0165ou na 0,001 s), zist\u00edme, \u017ee vzdialenos\u0165 medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi tepmi sa l\u00ed\u0161i. Variabilita je dan\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165ou\/vplyvom auton\u00f3mneho nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu (ANS) na srdcov\u00fa frekvenciu. Ke\u010f\u017ee ANS zodpoved\u00e1 za v\u0161etky procesy riadiace organizmus mimo na\u0161ej v\u00f4le a aktivita jeho dvoch vetiev sa z\u00e1sadne men\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti od \u00farovne regener\u00e1cie, stresu, adapt\u00e1cie na za\u0165a\u017eenie at\u010f., mo\u017enos\u0165 sledova\u0165 jeho aktivitu pomocou hodnotenia HRV prin\u00e1\u0161a obrovsk\u00fd potenci\u00e1l, ktor\u00fd mo\u017eno vyu\u017ei\u0165 v \u0161porte, ako aj v in\u00fdch oblastiach \u017eivota.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co n\u00e1m anal\u00fdza HRV m\u00f4\u017ee poveda\u0165?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u0161porte naj\u010dastej\u0161ie sledujeme \u00farove\u0148 regener\u00e1cie a kompenz\u00e1cie predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho za\u0165a\u017eenia, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed lep\u0161ie definova\u0165 optim\u00e1lny \u010das a intenzitu \u010fal\u0161ieho za\u0165a\u017eenia. V\u010faka tomu mo\u017eno v\u00fdrazne zefekt\u00edvni\u0165 tr\u00e9ning. Vyhn\u00fa\u0165 sa pre\u0165a\u017eeniu a pretr\u00e9novaniu, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 posun\u00fa\u0165 mieru za\u0165a\u017eenia \u010do najbli\u017e\u0161ie k hranici, ktor\u00fa je organizmus e\u0161te schopn\u00fd zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165 bez rizika po\u0161kodenia zdravia. Okrem toho mo\u017eno sledova\u0165 aj vplyv psychick\u00e9ho stresu na \u00farove\u0148 regener\u00e1cie a s t\u00fdm s\u00favisiacu adapta\u010dn\u00fa kapacitu, \u010di z\u00edska\u0165 inform\u00e1ciu o nastupuj\u00facom ochoren\u00ed sk\u00f4r, ne\u017e sa prejavia prv\u00e9 vonkaj\u0161ie pr\u00edznaky.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je mo\u017en\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 (a teda zlep\u0161i\u0165) hodnoty HRV? Ak \u00e1no, \u010do pre to m\u00f4\u017eeme urobi\u0165?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161eobecne m\u00f4\u017eeme poveda\u0165, \u017ee hodnoty HRV rast\u00fa s narastaj\u00facou tr\u00e9novanos\u0165ou, ktor\u00e1 s\u00favis\u00ed so zvy\u0161ovan\u00edm adapta\u010dnej kapacity, t. j. schopnosti pozit\u00edvne reagova\u0165 na tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie. Reakcia organizmu, a t\u00fdm aj HRV, sa v\u0161ak u jednotlivcov zna\u010dne l\u00ed\u0161i. A pr\u00e1ve v mo\u017enosti sledovania a zoh\u013ead\u0148ovania t\u00fdchto individu\u00e1lnych rozdielov tkvie asi najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia sila na\u0161ej metodiky. Ni\u010d toti\u017e neplat\u00ed univerz\u00e1lne pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch, hoci pod\u013ea mnoh\u00fdch metod\u00edk a prezentovan\u00fdch postupov \u0161portov\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu sa to tak m\u00f4\u017ee zda\u0165. Pr\u00e1ve sledovanie HRV m\u00f4\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eovi v\u00fdrazne pom\u00f4c\u0165 zorientova\u0165 sa vo vlastn\u00fdch dispoz\u00edci\u00e1ch. To znamen\u00e1 o \u010do najdlh\u0161ie do\u017eitie.
