Pozna\u0165 ju m\u00f4\u017eete v\u010faka jej profilu <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/zdravieavyzivaonline\/\"><em>@zdravieavyzivaonline<\/em><\/a><em>, kde tvor\u00ed vzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed obsah zameran\u00fd najm\u00e4 na v\u00fd\u017eivu.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako sa pozer\u00e1te na modern\u00fa prevent\u00edvnu medic\u00ednu?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Te\u0161\u00ed ma, \u017ee prevent\u00edvna medic\u00edna nadob\u00fada v kontexte glob\u00e1lneho n\u00e1rastu neinfek\u010dn\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed hromadn\u00e9ho v\u00fdskytu (tzv. \u201cciviliza\u010dn\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed\u201d) na v\u00fdzname. Z h\u013eadiska nielen zdravotn\u00e9ho (na individu\u00e1lnej \u00farovni), ale aj soci\u00e1lneho a ekonomick\u00e9ho je nesmierne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 podporova\u0165 aktivity ved\u00face k prevencii a v\u010dasn\u00e9mu z\u00e1chytu ochoren\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Povedzte n\u00e1m viac o Va\u0161ej pr\u00e1ci s optimaliz\u00e1ciou stravovania ako formy prevencie ochoren\u00ed.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>V mojej pr\u00e1ci sa v s\u00favislosti s prevenciou naj\u010dastej\u0161ie stret\u00e1vam s nadv\u00e1hou, obezitou a prediabetom (teda \u201cpre\u0161t\u00e1diom\u201d diabetu II. typu, kde e\u0161te m\u00e1me dobr\u00fa \u0161ancu zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 pln\u00e9mu rozvoju ochorenia). Ve\u013emi intenz\u00edvne sa tie\u017e diskutuje \u00faloha \u010drevnej mikrobioty a mo\u017en\u00e9 s\u00favislosti s rozvojom neurodegenerat\u00edvnych ochoren\u00ed a tie\u017e ochoren\u00ed tr\u00e1viaceho traktu na podklade chronick\u00e9ho z\u00e1palu a zv\u00fd\u0161enej \u010drevnej priepustnosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Na va\u0161ich soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach sa venujete osvete a vzdel\u00e1vaniu v t\u00e9me v\u00fd\u017eivy. Ak by ste mali da\u0165 \u010ditate\u013eom z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch 10 r\u00e1d, \u010do zlep\u0161i\u0165 a implementova\u0165 do ka\u017edodenn\u00e9ho \u017eivota, \u010do by to bolo?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Prizn\u00e1m sa, nie je jednoduch\u00e9 vybra\u0165 iba 10 r\u00e1d, preto\u017ee pre ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dloveka m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 vhodn\u00e9 nie\u010do in\u00e9, no pok\u00fasim sa vymenova\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 princ\u00edpy reflektuj\u00face \u010dast\u00e9 potreby a nedostatky vo vz\u0165ahu k jedlu na popula\u010dnej \u00farovni:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jes\u0165 \u010do najviac prvopotrav\u00edn (s jednoduch\u00fdm zlo\u017een\u00edm)<\/li><li>Jes\u0165 vedome &#8211; vn\u00edma\u0165 chu\u0165, v\u00f4\u0148u, text\u00faru jedla<\/li><li>Vyhradi\u0165 si na jedlo dostatok \u010dasu<\/li><li>Jes\u0165 dostatok ovocia a zeleniny&nbsp;<\/li><li>Zaradi\u0165 do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho hlavn\u00e9ho jedla zdroj bielkov\u00edn (napr. m\u00e4so, ryby, vaj\u00ed\u010dka, strukoviny)<\/li><li>Pi\u0165 dostatok vody resp. n\u00e1pojov bez obsahu (pridan\u00e9ho alebo prirodzene sa vyskytuj\u00faceho) cukru&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ned\u00e9monizova\u0165 potraviny. Nerobi\u0165 z ak\u00fdchko\u013evek potrav\u00edn (vr\u00e1tane cukru, lepku, mlieka at\u010f.) stra\u0161iaka.<\/li><li>Nepreh\u00e1\u0148a\u0165 to s konzum\u00e1ciou doplnkov stravy. Ak\u00e9ko\u013evek doplnky a vitam\u00edny by mali by\u0165 indikovan\u00e9 rozumne &#8211; ide\u00e1lne na podklade d\u00f4kladnej evalu\u00e1cie zdravotn\u00e9ho stavu.<\/li><li>Preferova\u0165 jedl\u00e1 varen\u00e9\/dusen\u00e9, upraven\u00e9 \u0161etrne, viac ne\u017e jedl\u00e1 sma\u017een\u00e9 a vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9. Konzumova\u0165 kvalitn\u00e9 oleje a tuky.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Dba\u0165 na dostatok pohybu, kvalitu sp\u00e1nku a psychick\u00e9 zdravie.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V pr\u00edspevkoch otv\u00e1rate aj kontroverznej\u0161ie t\u00e9my z oblasti stravovania a \u010dasto vyvraciate r\u00f4zne m\u00fdty. \u010co s\u00fa pod\u013ea V\u00e1s naj\u010dastej\u0161ie m\u00fdty z oblasti v\u00fd\u017eivy, ktor\u00fdm veria \u013eudia v na\u0161ej demografii?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>O m\u00fdtoch by sa pravda\u017ee dala nap\u00edsa\u0165 kniha. \ud83d\ude42 Za najne\u0161\u0165astnej\u0161ie pova\u017eujem striktn\u00e9 delenie potrav\u00edn na \u201czdrav\u00e9 a nezdrav\u00e9\u201d &#8211; dvojse\u010dn\u00e9 zm\u00fd\u0161\u013eanie a kategorizovanie potrav\u00edn pod\u013ea r\u00f4znych, \u010dasto odborne nepodlo\u017een\u00fdch a\u017e \u00faplne nezmyseln\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed uv\u00e1dza mnoh\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed do rozpakov a v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku uber\u00e1 rados\u0165 z jedla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ke\u010f\u017ee ste sami absolvovali na\u0161u DNA anal\u00fdzu, konkr\u00e9tne <a href=\"https:\/\/dnaera.com\/hu\/produkt\/dna-complex-test\/\">DNA Complex test<\/a>, boli by sme radi, keby ste zhrnuli Va\u0161u sk\u00fasenos\u0165. \u010co V\u00e1s vo v\u00fdsledkoch prekvapilo?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Predispoz\u00edcia pre r\u00fdchlostno-silov\u00e9 \u0161porty ma viac-menej utvrdila v domnienke, \u017ee zo m\u0148a asi nikdy nebude ide\u00e1lny ultramarat\u00f3nec &#8211; dlh\u00e9 behy som nikdy nemala v l\u00e1ske, no o to viac sa m\u00f4\u017eem pok\u00fasi\u0165 prekon\u00e1va\u0165 sam\u00fa seba a da\u0165 behu (hoci len na krat\u0161\u00edch tras\u00e1ch) \u0161ancu spolu so silov\u00fdm tr\u00e9ningom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u013emi ma zaujala predispoz\u00edcia pre obli\u010dkov\u00e9 kamene a diabetes II. typu, ktor\u00fa DNA ERA anal\u00fdza vyhodnotila ako \u201cz\u00e1va\u017en\u00fa\u201d. Obe diagn\u00f3zy sa vyskytli u mojich bl\u00edzkych genetick\u00fdch pr\u00edbuzn\u00fdch. Nevn\u00edmam t\u00fato inform\u00e1ciu ako d\u00f4vod na obavy, sk\u00f4r pre m\u0148a predstavuje motivuj\u00facu mo\u017enos\u0165 reflektova\u0165 svoje zdravie z \u201cgenetick\u00e9ho uhla\u201d a podnikn\u00fa\u0165 akt\u00edvne kroky pre to, aby u m\u0148a k rozvoju t\u00fdchto ochoren\u00ed nedo\u0161lo.Z poh\u013eadu nutri\u010dn\u00e9ho terapeuta ma pravda\u017ee ve\u013emi zaujali inform\u00e1cie o predispoz\u00edci\u00e1ch k ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm alebo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm hladin\u00e1m konkr\u00e9tnych vitam\u00ednov a miner\u00e1lnych l\u00e1tok.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00edjemne ma prekvapil zrozumite\u013ene podan\u00fd informa\u010dn\u00fd i grafick\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl interpret\u00e1cie v\u00fdsledkov, ktor\u00e9 spo\u013eahlivo pochop\u00ed i \u00fapln\u00fd laik v oblasti genetiky.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Urobili ste na z\u00e1klade v\u00fdsledkov nejak\u00fa zmenu aj Vy?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Rada by som sa viac zamerala na systematick\u00fd silov\u00fd tr\u00e9ning. Vn\u00edmam toto opatrenie ako ve\u013emi dobr\u00fa invest\u00edciu do zdravia s prib\u00fadaj\u00facim vekom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako by ste reagovali\/postupovali, keby klient pri\u0161iel na sedenie s tak\u00fdmito inform\u00e1ciami o svojom tele? Ako m\u00f4\u017eu v\u00fdsledky z DNA anal\u00fdzy pom\u00f4c\u0165 pri zostavovan\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch pl\u00e1nov?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Inform\u00e1cie z DNA anal\u00fdzy m\u00f4\u017eu doplni\u0165 vstupn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie o pacientovi (popri anamnestickom rozhovore, dotazn\u00edku a z\u00e1znamoch stravovania). DNA anal\u00fdza nie je diagnostick\u00fdm n\u00e1strojom, m\u00f4\u017ee ale v kontexte komunikovan\u00fdch v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed pre klienta predstavova\u0165 siln\u00fd dodato\u010dn\u00fd motiva\u010dn\u00fd faktor k uplatneniu zmien v stravovan\u00ed a \u017eivotnom \u0161t\u00fdle.
