V\u010faka v\u00fdskumu prich\u00e1dzame na nov\u00e9 asoci\u00e1cie medzi rozdielmi v sekvencii DNA, ktor\u00e9 sa prirodzene vyskytuj\u00fa medzi \u013eu\u010fmi a interpretovate\u013en\u00fdmi znakmi. Ur\u010di\u0165 tak vieme rizik\u00e1 rozvoja niektor\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed alebo predispoz\u00edcie na hladinu vitam\u00ednu v na\u0161ej krvi. Nov\u00e9 vedeck\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadie spres\u0148uj\u00fa predispoz\u00edcie spojen\u00e9 s hladinou vitam\u00ednu D v krvi. Pre na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov sme preto pripravili aktualiz\u00e1ciu v\u00fdsledkov.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do vyhodnocovania sme zapracovali 3 nov\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V s\u00favislosti s hladinou vitam\u00ednu D v krvi boli v ned\u00e1vnom \u010dase publikovan\u00e9 3 rozsiahle \u0161t\u00fadie. V nich vedci porovn\u00e1vali re\u00e1lne hladiny vitam\u00ednu D v krvi s rozdielmi na \u00farovni DNA, a to na vzorke nieko\u013eko stoviek tis\u00edc \u013eud\u00ed. V\u010faka t\u00fdmto \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1m bolo objaven\u00fdch viacero genetick\u00fdch variantov, ktor\u00e9 \u0161tatisticky v\u00fdznamne koreluj\u00fa s hladinou vitam\u00ednu D v krvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch t\u00fdchto \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1ch bol vyu\u017eit\u00fd pr\u00edstup tzv. celog\u00e9nomovej asocia\u010dnej \u0161t\u00fadie (z angl. Genome-wide Association Study, GWAS), ktor\u00fd je vhodn\u00fd pr\u00e1ve na odha\u013eovanie v popul\u00e1cii be\u017en\u00fdch genetick\u00fdch variantov, ktor\u00e9 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou samy o sebe nemaj\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00fd vplyv na sledovan\u00e9 vlastnosti, av\u0161ak ke\u010f sa ich nazbiera viac, ich v\u00fdsledn\u00fd efekt m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 v\u00fdznamn\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1klade nov\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadii sme prist\u00fapili k aktualiz\u00e1cii n\u00e1\u0161ho interpreta\u010dn\u00e9ho softv\u00e9ru a upravili algoritmus vyhodnocuj\u00faci genetick\u00fa predispoz\u00edciu na hladinu vitam\u00ednu D u v\u0161etk\u00fdch na\u0161ich existuj\u00facich z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov, ktor\u00ed mali zak\u00fapen\u00fd DNA Complex alebo DNA Lifestyle test. V\u00fdsledky bud\u00fa automaticky upraven\u00e9 aj t\u00fdm, ktor\u00fd pr\u00e1ve \u010dakaj\u00fa na v\u00fdsledky svojej DNA anal\u00fdzy. <strong>Db\u00e1me na to, aby sme neust\u00e1le spres\u0148ovali v\u00fdsledky z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov na z\u00e1klade nov\u00fdch vedeck\u00fdch poznatkov. To m\u00f4\u017ee niekedy znamena\u0165, \u017ee sa v\u00fdsledok, a teda interpret\u00e1cia, m\u00f4\u017ee l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako vn\u00edma \u00falohu vitam\u00ednu D v tele nutri\u010dn\u00e1 expertka Petronela Fori\u0161ek Paulov\u00e1, MSc.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitam\u00edn D je nevyhnutn\u00fd pre prevenciu ochoren\u00ed s\u00favisiacich s nedostato\u010dnou mineraliz\u00e1ciou kost\u00ed.
