S pokrokem modern\u00ed medic\u00edny se v posledn\u00edch letech za\u010daly objevovat l\u00e9ky, kter\u00e9 sice tuto infekci zat\u00edm nedok\u00e1\u017eou zcela vyl\u00e9\u010dit, ale um\u00ed zabr\u00e1nit zhor\u0161en\u00ed stavu a p\u0159edch\u00e1zet vzniku AIDS (syndrom z\u00edskan\u00e9 imunodeficience). Mezi takov\u00e9 l\u00e9ky pat\u0159\u00ed i <strong>atazanavir<\/strong>, kter\u00fd spolu s dal\u0161\u00edmi l\u00e9ky dok\u00e1\u017ee zajistit, aby \u010dlov\u011bk infikovan\u00fd HIV mohl v\u00e9st norm\u00e1ln\u00ed \u017eivot bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch omezen\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co je atazanavir a k \u010demu se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Atazanavir pat\u0159\u00ed mezi tzv. inhibitory prote\u00e1zy, co\u017e jsou l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 br\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dinnosti n\u011bkter\u00fdch enzym\u016f. Mezi tyto enzymy pat\u0159\u00ed zejm\u00e9na prote\u00e1za viru HIV, kterou virus nezbytn\u011b pot\u0159ebuje, aby se mohl d\u00e1le mno\u017eit.
